GOURDES VAL D’ISÈRE LE GRAND TÉTRAS Val d'Isère chose the French house Le Grand Tétras for its vintage gourds made in Europe. The gourds are made from aluminum from Saint Jean de Maurienne, a valley close to that of Val d'Isère. The production is done from the original molds from Spain where the know-how continues. These molds have stood the test of time and have been preserved for several decades, period manufacturing tools they can leave marks on the metal, a sign of the authenticity of the production, a bias retained as a heritage of the brand. Capacity: 1 L Price: 39 € Material: Aluminum from Savoie French and sustainable brand Founded in 1912 in Bellegarde (France), the family-owned aluminum household goods manufacturer specializes in the early 1950s in outdoor cooking equipment under the brand "Le Grand Tétras". A wide range of light metal utensils accompanies the quest for post-war freedom, in parallel with the appearance of paid holidays in 1936. Carried by the mythical red gourd, Le Grand Tétras products have accompanied thousands of visitors. French over several decades. La Belle Gourde also accompanied the first French people to the roof of the world in 1978. The Grand Tetras offers the replacement of gaskets for old gourds with a lifetime warranty to avoid obsolescence.
